These slides are part of an introductory course to Project Management, comprising 8 four-hour seminars, currently under way at ATM. The following slides regard the 2nd Module, basically focus on the key knowledge a Project Manager should have, in respect of starting a project, the characteristics of plant engineering Contracts, breaking down plants into measurable and controllable units (WBS) and the concept of the time/cost/quality triangle (which subjects are all tackled separately during the course)”.
