Construction and Pre-Commissioning are the final phases of the implementation of  a Project, during which all the works planned during the Engineering phase are carried out and all equipment and materials are installed and prepared for the operation of the Plant.

ATM provides support services for the Construction and Pre-Commissioning of all Instrumentation, Automation and Telecommunication works, such as detailed planning of activities, preparation and issuing of the Bid Inquiry Package, for construction and Pre-commissioning, bids evaluation and the selection of sub-contractors, as well as Site activities such as instrument preparation and the performance of instrument loop checks.
